It depends on the size of the property. On average, 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Our turnaround time is next day before 6pm.
If the photos are taken on Saturday, photos are delivered on Monday

We understand that sometimes things come up and plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your shoot, we’re happy to accommodate you, subject to the following terms:

• If you cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to the shoot, there will be no cancellation fee.
• If you reschedule within 24 hours of the shoot a cancellation fee of 25% of the total cost (excluding any discounts or travel fees) will apply.
• If you reschedule within 3 hours of the shoot a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost (excluding any discounts or travel fees) will apply.

Our goal is to be flexible and accommodating, while also ensuring that we can cover our costs in the event of last-minute cancellations or rescheduling.

We are just as invested as you are in ensuring that the property looks its absolute best. You’ll find some tips below:

• Declutter: Remove personal items and excess furniture to minimize distractions and highlight the key features of the home.
• Clean and tidy: Ensure that all surfaces, floors, and windows are spotless for a polished and inviting look.
• Maximize natural light: Open curtains, blinds, and shutters to allow natural light to flow into the home.
• Clean up the exterior: Mow the lawn, trim shrubs, and remove any items that detract from the property’s curb appeal.
• Lighting and fans: Turn on all interior lights and turn off ceiling fans.

Sure, just ensure that you provide access to the property either through a combo code, Supra Box or keypad code, or by making sure the photographer has access the day of the photoshoot. We will also take care to secure the house and turn off the lights.
